Join Sonya Marie de Lazzer for a gentle morning Hatha yoga practice; a mindful and meditative approach to opening the day, and the body, with softness. 

All levels welcome.

Participants must bring their own mat, water bottle and props (optional).

Weather permitting.

Restorative Yoga 

Every Thursday: 6:00 pm 

This is your reset button. We slow down - right down, and savour the pause. A deeply restoring and centring practice. Restorative yoga holds so many benefits including deep relaxation, helps with stilling a busy and anxious mind, balances the nervous system, restores the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, boosts the immune system and helps us explore compassion and understanding toward others and ourselves. 

Yin Yang
Every Saturday, 10:00 am 

This Yin Yang yoga practice offers a creative blend and balance of dynamic movement and stillness to help you flow, release, and ease into evening. Build and activate some heat and strength through a warming, energizing practice, and then take your practice inward, exploring the cooler, quieter, lunar practice of Yin, through longer, more passive holds, to help release residual tensions held deep in the connective tissues of the body, whilst encouraging you to release the stresses of the day, through a soft and steady awareness on the natural rhythm of breath.
